I was just curious as to who was going to run it this year and when we were going to start picking teams. If whoever is going to run it reads this, I want the Panthers!!!!

I'll take Philly.
It's where we take over a team and run FA signings, trades, draft, etc. Pretty much everything a team would do in the offseason.

Does it run off a site or here? Seems tough to me, i may be too stupid to do that. Can i have the saints if i plan on fuging their world up?

It's run completely through here, with about 4 or 5 threads going (offensive FA moves, defensive, draft, etc).
And it's no fun if you intentionally tank an offseason for any team, even a rival

I wasn't setting up a league....I was trying to get a feel for who would be doing it and when it would be set up. I wasn't outright calling the panthers, I more or less meant it as a joke. I am not running the mock offseason, and just to be clear this thread was not made for everyone to call a team.
