Remember if JR hadnt fired Hurney it might not have lit the fire under Riveras ass and he might have lost more games and been shown the door this past Monday.. Just curious because I never did understand the Hurney firing in mid season.

If they hire Beane I'm walking away from my PSLs
You mean sell them?
Hoping to make a tidy profit?

Firing Marty Hurney was absolutely the right decision.
Hiring Brandon Beane over guys who are infinitely more qualified would be an unforgivably stupid one.

We have a lot of "death by hunga bunga" threads lately.

Why was firing Hurney midseason the right decision? Im seriously interested in a cogent answer and youre one of the few posters here who could give one.

And not spend his offtime fapping while thinking about running backs.
Happy Hurney is gone over here.

Take a look over Hurney's prior drafts and free agency decisions for the past five years or so.
He should have been let go sooner.
And to be clear, midseason GM firings aren't as big a deal as midseason coach firings because most of their work is done in the offseason. Firing him after week six and hiring Accorsi shortly thereafter meant Accorsi had plenty of time to do his work,

Have you tested the market? Interested in what Riveras staying means to fandom.

Dont so it. BofA needs great poopers.
A stadium with an office for GM Beane is not a stadium that is worthy of my poop.
