Our coach is retained. End of story...until the end of next season...maybe...I don't f*cking know anymore :)

Well I just posted this cause I know there are a fair share that want him. However, if you read the article, they keep hinting more about Cleveland since he played there. He was also a coach under Schotty for 4 years. I don't see how Cowher goes to Cleveland though, there is nothing there.

It actually may not be next year either.

Citing "a source close to Cowher" (a phrase which quite often means "his agent"), Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette says that while Cowher is indeed interested in coaching again, it won't be for another 4 to 5 years.

If this is true, even if Rivera does wind up out next season, Cowher still won't be in the picture.
