Then you have this half-assed follow up:
Not only should he be arrested for threats against "people," but he should be stripped of the right to own firearms, as well as being able to instruct others about them...
He's obviously demonstrated his mental instability. As such, he should be held accountable. This is what should be regulated as far as the gun debate goes.
If not, his weapons remain in the hands of a mentally unstable person, and could possibly used in a horrendous crime.
I need to retain the rights to own any firearm I have the ability to legally obtain to protect myself and my family, as well as potentially countless others, from people like this guy.

He's talking about the tracking/limits on fertilizer stuff, I think... In some states, anyways...

Was gonna say there's no ban or anything on ammonium nitrate. An anfo bomb, while extremely stable, is very difficult to detonate.
