Reported on PFT, Judge Helen Bernigan dismissed Jonathan Vilma's lawsuit against NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell on the grounds that the CBA Vilma and other players signed on to negates them from this type of lawsuit for league discipline.

Vilma is both a giant douche and a turd sandwich. I'm glad he got legally t-bagged again, and by a judge known for being on the players' side no less.
