It's pretty likely.

Chud is assembling a staff with tons of experience.

Rivera turned down Jackson and April for Shula (lol) and Rodgers (LOLOL).

It's a given they will have better records.. rivera is trash

I know a lot of people here hate on McCoy because of his time with John Fox here in Carolina, but I'd honestly rather have him and his staff as the coaches then the current ones here in Carolina. That doesn't just have to do with how little faith I have in Rivera, but how much I think of the Combo of McCoy and Whisenhunt detailing an offense together. McCoy regardless of what you think of him is one of the most detailed oriented coaches in the NFL. I mean he brought a dufflebag full of schedules and plays and so forth for his interview in SD.

If the Cleveland Browns win 12 games, the world would end.

Just because a staff is notable doesn't necessarily make it the perfect combonation. They have an unproven QB, an unstable line, unproven running game, bad receivers, no tight end for Chud to have fun with right now. And that's just the offense. Needless to say, they're still the Browns.

Yea cause it's not QBs who win in this league...it's COORDINATORS!

Coaching has nothing to do with wins! It's all on the players! That's why the Dream-team Eagles rocked the world!

Oh, coaching has SOMETHING to do with it. But in coach-hiring season, people act like hiring the right assisstant special teams coordinator is going to make or break the next year. We still have Cam, and until further notice, they have Weeden. They could hire Bill Walsh to coach the offense and Vince Lombardi to coach the defense and I'd still like our chances to be better in '13.

Eagles talent evaluation is always way overrated, so is the Cowboys, because they are big market teams their players get more attention, I never understood for a minute why everyone thought the Eagles were going to do good last season, in fact you could probably find of post from me talking about just this very thing back in august.

general rule, the bigger the city the more overrated the talent evaluation
