This shoulder surgery had been planned for a long time, nothing has changed.

I was really hoping we had him sitting the first couple games. I was saying it before the season started just because of his issues during preseason.
Hopefully he can pull a TD and bounce back.

I think a lot of people that want to keep him...I think a lot of the people who want to cut Beason have never seen him play a full game, honestly.
1)refuse to acknowledge the average career is 3 yrs for a reason
2)refuse to acnkowledge the odds of him being "Beason" in 2013 after 2 years on IR are slim
3)somehow think that if he eventually comes back to being "Beason" at some unknown point down the road that will then justify all the years we pay him for NOT being Beason in the process.
Plus, we have Luke. Was Beason missed last year? Not worth the money to hopefully have him play OLB at some unknown point at a high level
