Some guy tweeted Joe Person that Jordan Gross posted a "thank you Panther Nation" type thing on his page. He wonders if it's a sign of anything.

...on the other hand, if Gross won't restructure then it probably makes sense to cut him.

I have a hard time imagining he wouldn't restructure at this point in his career.

Maybe he doesn't want to restructure and we're telling him to test the market to see his value for himself? Restructure now or cut him, then bring him back once he sees his value?

If we cut Gross then I have no doubt in my mind that we will take OT in the first round. If we trade up, Eric Fisher. Stand pat, Lane Johnson. Or trade down for DJ Fluker?

Cutting Gross doesn't bother me. I'm actually for cutting him. I appreciate all he's done over the years and thank him for it, but I also think it's time for a change of culture here and he's one of the figureheads of the "old guard." Not to mention the cap room it would open up...

Hope it happens. He'll be fine and have a job elsewhere fairly quickly.

I don't have Facebook so I don't know if I could even see it.
