Not sure that there was much about Barack in the article, although the point was that easy money can be used against us as it might be just across the pond. More reasons to have strings attached to the handouts.

I'm not sure this would even register on my irony scale considering how pegged out the fright meter would be if this were something I was discovering for the first time.
