Bobcats coach Larry Brown isn't sure Alexis Ajinca is physically ready to become a regular part of the team's rotation next season.

"He has the tools, the skills, but there's a lot more involved when you're talking about Lex," said Brown. It doesn't help that the Bobcats aren't fielding a Summer League team this summer, though Brown is considering adding Ajinca to another team's S.L. roster.

Your right, but I still believe it was a stupid mistake to draft him where they did.

Get him on some team's summer league roster and let him develop some more. I think if not next year, the year after, he can contribute.

If he beefs up, I could see him being a Boris Diaw type player.

Considering who we passed up to get him, I don't see this as being a wasted pick no matter how he pans out. Could end up being a late game home run.

The kid's got a 7'9" inch wingspan and he's only 21. Some drafts had him going as high as 13.

He adds 15 pounds and he'll look just like Chris Bosh. He needs to beef up some for sure, but I can see him having good sized role with a team in a year or two if he develops right.
