Yeah, I'm sure he's in a hurry to sign with a team who's coach benched him the last time he played for him.

You can't sign Canty and other Giants.....AND your scrubs you still need to piece your roster together for 3.7.

Gettlemen better come out quick with some Beason/DWill/Gross/etc news.....THAT will determine IMO if we bring in anyone than the caliber of FAs we have been in recent times (not the Gamble move)

I'm not too sure how to feel about this cut, I guess you could say it's a bit of a Gamble...

Based on the most current released information, 3.7 million.

There's likely more moves to come to free up some more space though.

Nice, that's a good amount of money to start off with.

Interesting how none of the Panthers players are wishing Chris good luck, or farewells.

I'm going to miss Chris too but come on guys the secondary played without him almost the whole year and you guys are JUST now concerned about the corners??? I think Thomas is a average number two with dockery giving good depth. Norman has some potential to fill in too. All we need is a solid, moderately priced veteran (there's plenty of them) and we'll be fine. It's not quite that bad.

I'm honestly not as concerned with our secondary as some of you guys are. They played pretty well after Gamble went down - improving on overall pass defense as the year went on, in fact.

Our secondary is in a good position to allow for some young talent to be brought along slowly, while Dockery, Thomas, and Norman hold down the fort.
