Wasnt bad, but I loved the Ken Lucas and Mike Wahle duo signings. Everyone has us going to the SB after that. Both played well here.

But I think the most recent FA signing that everyone loved and then HATED IT was the "Nakamura" addition. So sad :(

Really the only great free agent signing that I think we have made is Olsen, Proehl was probably the best Band-Aid signing. Other than those two, Dwan Edwards, and maybe Ken Lucas, I could take 'em or leave 'em.

I suppose Dwan Edwards made more of an impact than I thought.

I was pleased when D.J. Hackett was signed, but once he got on the field (the few times that he did), I was sorely disappointed. D.j. Hack, as I now refer to him, is the worst FA move in franchise history. That was some ugly music.

On top of my head I could only remember Jake and (S) Davis, but I agree Walls was awesome.

Considers the pure torture of watching teams totally abuse are interior line for 2 years after Kemo went down I say he was a very good signing. Not great but very good for the defense we wanted to play.

Proehl was great as well, we could call it band aid or what every but truth is it is not easy to find a reliable receiver in FA, at least we have not been able to since with obvious need.

Hate? No, with the Sean Gilbert trade in mind nothing the Panthers front office do short of moving to LA are going to make me hate.

I loved the Wahle signing but it never worked out. Wasn't he cut after one season?

Ricky Proehl. Stephen Davis. Jeremy Shockey.

I guess he was sort of a free agent but Fred Lane. No hype coming in but I enjoyed watching him play.

I don't think you understand what Free Agency is. We traded for Greg Olsen and extended his contract. We claimed Dwan Edwards off waivers. Proehl and Lucas I believe are actual free agent signings.

Wasn't Jake Delhomme a free agent? A QB who took us the the only super bowl appearance in team history. Pro Bowler.

The OP is not asking which is the best FA signing. It's asking who's one you think was a good signing but dissapointed i.e., Nakamura.

I liked the Sean Gilbert signing. But what a complete Failure he turned into. Lets not forget Chuck Smith. WTF happened.

I liked the acquisition of Gilbert at the time. What I hated was what we gave up to get him.

He was a decent player for us, but nowhere near worth two first round picks.
