Of course. That is standard operating procedure here, right?

I wouldn't mind having the man known as "Patriot Killer" on the team just because he destroys patriots, not because he would be deserving, but he is a good hitter.Obligatory player cut can he play for us thread.

@FauxJohnMadden
Bernard Pollard released by Ravens. All Patriot players are advised to stay indoors until Pollard is off the streets.

I know everyone is impatient but the Panthers are wise to sit out the inital free agent opening week. There are plenty of talented and impact guys availible not named Drayton Florence.
I was telling somebody yesterday that this really isn't true anymore. The league as a whole is too competitive and aggressive and very, very, very few even just "solid" players slip through the cracks. You want a guy, you go get your guy and avoid a bidding war, and if you overpay a little bit, okay then. Fans have been Hurneywashed to be terrified of the word, but forget we've been doing it all along too. Just for players we shouldn't have been rather than ones who could help take us where we want to go.
Just more poor Panther methodology.

It's the only reasonable methodology when you don't have any money.

Funniest thing I've heard all week.Pollard is more of a hitter, but still a better cover guy than Nakamura or D.J. Campbell.
