Between practices is:

Strength and conditioning
Recovery
Meals
Lots of classroom
Media time

It's a very full day dawn to dusk from what I am told. Everything is scheduled to the minute.

This one is a joke, right? Please tell me folks don't go there and scream at the players... it's tantamount to going to the hair salon and screaming at the stylist to use the #2 guard on the clippers. Let the professionals do their job, without comments from the peanut gallery.

I yelled at Keary Colbert every TC I attended...................lazy bastard.

allow me to break up this awkward moment...................  with talks of band camp.

staying in shape for band camp?  am I supposed to come away from that with less jokes?  My mind wanders around this playground...

I figure running around with a trombone is quite aerobic..  a quiet exercise?  I wouldn't wish that on my enemies..  Well, cancel that, I would..  Sounds exhausting.....   (that's what she said, right?)

but seriously though......  Okay...  good....  now.

lol....glad you got that out but I have a feeling you are plotting oh so many jokes.

I walked into the locker room last year and those guys strip down and jump in a big tub filled with ice water right after practice. My testicles ascended into my body at the sight of it.

i know a lot of you live in Charlotte, but is it a norm to stay somewhere in Spartanburg if you plan on going for a few days?

Probably so, although Spartanburg is Satan's sweaty taint

hmm just seems like a big waste for me, driving 3.5 hours there for one practice

unless I convince myself into staying  night

I'll be at Training Camp starting from that the first Sunday onwards. I'll be posting random thoughts on here and tweeting pictures and poo like a couple of years ago. I'm going to try and make it to at least four or five practices this year.

One night is fine. Try the Pizza Inn. It's a 1984 time warp.

Yes people yell at players.... my grandmother yelled at Dan Morgan (her favorite player at the time) one time and he kinda looked and waved... looking back I can't help but smile AND shake my head. LOL.
