Dont cover youre whining and project that back at me. You know what you said.

Im telling you this: Was 2010 bad? yes it was a very shitty thing for an owner to do. It hurt us as a team however, overall, he has CLEARLY made good business decisions to lead us to where we are now. He's stuck with his guys even when he knew they were fugging up and then he fugged up himself.

Youre using that to define the man and thats just wrong.

edit: and btw the Superbowl thing that kind of happened under Hurney. . yeah that too

And the loyalty contracts. And keeping on Rivera another year.

It's not just that these were bad decisions (they were). It's that they were made by the owner at all.

And as far as Richardson's total body of work? 18 years - 4 winning seasons.

Hurney is confirming something I've heard before.

Pretty much everybody who talks about working with George Seifert seems to think he's a complete tool.

Interview getting good. Hurney is talking about the aftermath of the AZ game. He thinks that they didn't do a good enough job in the draft to replace Jake when it was clear something needed to be done at QB. He's speaking in a vague manner and I'm trying to interpret what he's getting at.

LOL

Bill: "Say you google Marty Hurney, how would you--"

Hurney:  "I do NOT google Marty Hurney!  That probably wouldn't be a very smart thing to do!"

*both break out in laughter*

He knows.

Hurney Magic.

Hurney sums up his time as GM as being inconsistent. Regrets not having winning seasons back to back, and not winning a SB. Says he did the best he could, but kicks himself for mistakes.

Well, he's a stand up guy. I'll give him that.

Well, if you were expecting anything controversial out of that, you're probably disappointed right now.

Hard to hate a man that falls on his sword like that. Really swallowed his pride and accepted his role in the inconsistency.
