G-man should fire Rivera today. Our only option now is to let Mcderment finish the season to see if he is worth  a HC job.

If we win keep him, if not let G-man bring in his coaches.  G-man knows talent and I give him a pass because he inherited Rivera and a huge salary cap.  Too soon to give up on the season, but changes have to be made.  We have a tough season ahead and this was a must win game.

Rivera is too passive. We need a coach with balls that can go for the throat!

Just had my brother call laughing at me again for this sorry team we have here. Would be nice to get some respect some year and stop being the laughing stock of the NFC. And you know what...it is all true. We are laughing stocks and it gets very very old.

Isn't there a Harbaugh sister they can hire? I bet she has more balls than Rivera.

It's just as much on JR for bringing him here and assembling things.  9 teams had passed on him prior to us taking him and we end up hoping we saw something they didn't.

And our offensive situation is depressing considering we've had Cam for 3 years and can't build around him or an offense at all and now have dialed it back to a traditional, conservative approach with the same sh*tty coaching.

Just a bad situation all around for us right now.  The next HC hire is huuuge if Rivera is gone this season

He should be fired on the spot.  But he probably won't.  Losing next week should do it though, 0-3 going into the bye.  Only option for interim coach is McDermott, we can't really do anything about Shula, cause we literally have no one on our offensive staff with any play calling experience at all.  Have to keep him on and hope a new coaches influence can upgrade his play calling a little.

McDermott is the only key staff member I have any interest in retaining anyway, give him 13-14 games to see what he can do, and providing he doesn't work miracles, begin the coaching search in the offseason.  It's a lost season with Rivera, and there's no way any coach could, or would, try to come in and run the team midseason.

We need to send a very loud and very clear message to the front office. Let there be no doubt we want this clown gone.

Whoa now.. I'm just as unhappy with today's game results and his coaching style as the next guy, but this takes it a little too far. I don't wish him any personal harm, nor ever will. I just want him to not be our HC anymore.

I know you all want him gone, but how likely do you think it is that he'll be fired before next week?

For everyone who got mad at me or others who said it last season and over the offseason, I hope that's enough proof for you.

It's systematic failure. It's not the players, it's the guy pretending to coach them.

I have never hated a person I've never met until Rivera. I fuging hate him with a passion.

Yup, that's the proof, been trying to give him a chance and fug him I have seen the light fug him
