Just read where Greg Schiano is 0-5 in games decided by 3 points or less.  He will be gone too IMO.


Winning and losing in the NFL is razor-thin, not just the Panthers.  Good coaches play to win (Sean Peyton, etc.).  Even when the Bucs scored the late TD return, I still thought the Saints would find a way to win.  I guarantee you the Saints coaches and players felt that way too.


Good coaches do that.  No Panthers fan can honestly say that have been confident in any game Rivera has coached that we would win.  I don't think the players believe it anymore either.


Confidence and momentum are very real things in this razor-think league.  The Panthers have neither at this point.  The coaches, players, and fans are not even shocked by these losses anymore.  We have come to expect them, and that has to change

Hard to evaluate talent in the midst of such poor coaching.
