Wouldn't that be nice...

I guess we can all hope and dream for better days until they come for this team...

I don't think he will leave. I would take him and be giddy but I don't see it happening.

If it does happen I will hump my dog's leg

Didn't read anything there that most coaches don't already do/say.

I don't think the Panthers will hire an offensive minded head coach.

Although I'm certainly not opposed to it.

Say what you want but he has a Super Bowl and has the skills to make Cam a better player. He's been sitting back watching and analyzing. Rumor is he wanted to come here. He wouldn't walk into a situation he felt like he couldn't win with.

I love Gruden to death, but he's like that girl at the bar who gets all the attention then ends up going home by herself.

Rumor last year was that he wanted to come to Tennessee and that he had enrolled his kids in Webb, in addition to owning property in Sevierville and his wife's family being from East Tennessee. We all know how that turned out.

If you haven't noticed, Gruden raves about everyone and everything.

Gettle should hire the coach, JR should have no say so at all

What you see is obviously a failure, so that's why you hire a non-news reporter as GM to handle things like this

why hire an innovative, energetic football mind with an actual presence on the sideline when you could get a crusty defensive guy that can play hard-nosed football and run the football 50 times a game and control the clock with a pocket-passing game manager?

JR is not one to gamble on innovation.

We passed on tons of young talent in the GM search(Gettles has been great but book still open)

Just by nature I saw that as the safest approach as a hire. If JR wanted someone to share footbal philosophy with then it harks back to a time that has become mostly obsolete.

Chip Kelly would have been incredible for this roster makeup.

Shulas offense is neutering Cam's dynamic play ability and now I fear is making him to stifff of a player and asking Cam afraid to just react.

Point is every roster miscaculation, hesitation, and just simple failure to make evolutionary football decisions is another obstacle to Cam's development.

We NEED a guy like Shaw!!

Rivera should be the Defensive coordinator!! He is so nice he seems like he would take it lol..
