We kicked a 53-yarder early in the game, when the outcome was still in doubt. That directly contradicts your theory.

Yes, it eliminates the counter to my argument he was playing against a FG block.

Main critique was Ron opted out of points staring him in the face.....bc he believes simply handing the ball off was a sign of good faith and charity.

It's the NFL. That isn't a quality I like. Shows at his core....he isn't a step on your throat coach. Which is what the huddle claimed they wanted to see out of him

The Giants weren't sending the house on an early 53-yard field goal. Do you have any understanding of situational football?

Giants used the time late in that game to benefit themselves...work on things.

We are the kings of close games. Good opportunity to work on a getting a FG off when people want to block it.

And teams aren't bringing the house on all these other late game blowout FGs?

And we put our young secondary back out there to get more work considering two of them were in their first ever professional game. Let me be explicitly clear: when you win a game 38-0, there is no warranted criticism in the NFL. It's as simple as that.
