Big news concerning our division rival and our chances of bouncing back just got bigger

Breaking: Falcons fear Julio Jones likely OUT for the rest of the year w a foot injury. He's getting a second opinion tomorrow to determine

Julio Jones is a great receiver but it was only a matter of time before trading all of those draft picks came back to haunt the Falcons.

Wow, what happened to him? I thought he was fine. I remember him leaving the field, but coming back.

Amini is a bigger loss. He has potential to be a great guard.

Damn.  That sucks.  Fug the Falcons, but JJ is a helluva WR and seems like a decent guy to boot.

Not sure if serious.  Amini has the potential to be a great guard, but Jones IS a great WR.

This is a huge loss for the Falcons.  Roddy White has been nicked up all year and hasn't been the same this year.  Not saying that Amini isn't a big loss for us, but honestly our OL was already junk anyway.

Amini a bigger loss than Julio?

The homerism is just too much sometimes.

Amini's loss means little other than digging into the depth.

Wonder how they do without him. I own Roddy unfortunately and haven't been able to play that fool all fantasy long so far. White should be a little better after this bye week though - so probably be close to the same team they are now just switched banged up receivers. It would help them to have Jackson back - I don't follow his injury so I don't know when that will be.

Gonzalez must be crying now for coming back to this team.

I think he is referring to Amini's physical size.

He probably could play through the pain if Atlanta was a contender this year but after last night...they're just shelving him for next year.  No point in forcing one of your star players to play hurt if your team isn't even making the playoffs.
