carpanfan96 1,650 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 There just not going to make that big of a switch this late in the season unless someone gets injured. Chandler will only move to RT if Bell gets hurt, its just too big of a switch for this point in the season. Should it be done after the season.....definitely, they need to upgrade Bell in the worst of ways.
Chaos 8,997 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 Chandler has been not awful at RG. Agreed. I mean, why is Rivera even addressing the RG spot, is it because of the possible return of Chris Scott? Either way, I would prefer a comment from the coach on Byron Bell's status - he's been abused far too often.
PhillyB 43,052 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 scott is pretty terrible IMO
Davidson Deac II 4,969 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 Fwiw, the run blocking in the Saints game wasn't that bad. The backs had some decent holes to run through, we just got to far behind to utilize the run game.
Davidson Deac II 4,969 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 Chandler has been not awful at RG. Considering he has never played the position, he has done well.
fieryprophet 7,042 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 How anyone is complaining about which of our mediocre right guards or tackles will play is beyond me. Would be just shuffling around for kicks at this point.
MadHatter 9,564 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 Someone help me out......are we praising the coaching staff or do we think they are morons and should be fired? I can't remember which we are supposed to be this week on the Huddle. We flip flop so many times.
pantherclaw 3,558 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 I am very curious how the offensive line would look if Chandler and Bell swapped spots.or scott at rg and Chandler at rt.
Ruff 3,839 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 I don't think we want Chandler at RT... I bet a DE would blow by him in a heartbeat. which wouldn't be any different than if Bell played there.
micnificent28 693 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 Bell's slow feet would be much better suited at guard.
jayflip 4,873 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 They tried Bell at RG last season. Most just don't remember via repressed memories...as often the case with severe abuse.
rayzor 13,181 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 Bell's slow feet would be much better suited on the bench or another team. ftfy

4Corners 2,311 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 Byron Bell has been horrible most of the season. Another horrible CSX post. Bell is a huge liability. I appreciate his hard work and his inspirational story - but the dude is the worst RT in the NFL. That is a fact.
