Latest Forecast - Drenching Rain at Kickoff

Recommended Posts

Clearly hardships in terms of football not actual life guys. Geez way to be buzz kills. Football is fun nothing more. But watching us lose for four years was not fun.

Not having food or shelter for your family or watching a family member suffer in Hospice is a hardship....watching highly paid guys running around in uniforms lose a game isn't one. For the sake of entertainment value and to give us all a nice warm glow, I hope the Panthers are successful and win. I for one try to keep this in perspective...win or lose life will go on.

I remember a monsoon at a saints game when Ricky Williams scored at the end. One of the hardest rains I have ever seen.

I was at that game.....Steve Smiths rookie season I think; Steve opened the second half with a kickoff return for a touchdown :)

Remember it well....everyone in the stadium knew Williams was getting the ball, yet our D could not stop him. Our defense was god awful that year.

I'll be there. Can't wait! Rain games are always awesome.. how do you guys think the turnout will be? Do you think everyone will stay in their seats? I mean it's only like the biggest game in 5 years..

Since I do not have a ticket - I will just show up - I am sure there are whine and cheese crowd folks who won't go due to a rain forecast.  I hope I can get one and drive in from Lexington, NC….

I have to work Sunday but I'm thinking of calling in sick.I'll do the same thing, just show up and hope there are scalpers

That game was crazy! I've never seen so much rain in my entire life and we were completely drenched. It would be nuts if that poo happened again.

10 pages late. Rain won't effect the Saints the way we'd want it to. It'll affect both squads evenly. Luckily they play bad on the road to begin with. And no, if it's pouring it will not be packed. Non-fans will be inside. Sad.
