Believe it when they break ground.

LA has such a massive tax burden with Illegal Immigrants Kroenke would  have to build the stadium himself.

LA County is broke, doubtful football ever returns to LA unless you get someone who has so much liquid cash a billion dollars is chump change.

Depends how bad Kroenke wants the LA market.

Yesterday on PTI , Kornheiser said that within 2-3 years both the Chargers and the Rams will be in LA. He was serious and then we all laughed
