Congrats to Luke Kuechly. I believe he is our first Defensive Player of the Year in Franchise history. If you look at the men that have won this award it's a distinguished group. I'm very proud of Luke and he was a gentleman receiving the award.

Man, I just don't get it. I love Luke and I'm happy for him but wtf, Bowman didn't even get a single vote and had a better season. I'm just looking at this without my homer glasses, it doesn't really add up.

Well, I was right pre-draft about Cam, but I was dead wrong about Luke, and then later on, I was wrong on Rivera. But I couldn't be happier.

The guy is a star, and he deserves every accolade he gets. So proud of what this team accomplished this year.

Pep was a terrific player for us but I don't think he ever won the AP DPOY.

Going back to that draft night. It was an odd feeling. I always believed Luke would be a pro bowler but I thought Jon Beason was still a Pro Bowler too. It was like getting something really nice for your birthday but it wasn't what you asked for.

They are talking about how happy they are Luke won.

Where are the ABCer morons? Oh, hey there you are!

Quinn was a monster this year. But you don't win awards for playing on shitty teams.

Hey look it's worthless poster's alt #D73t640S1 trying to assert himself after his terrible posting got his other account banned

WOW! I know he deserved but I thought they'd pass on him.  Then again I thought they would pass on him for DROY last year also.  Media loves and needs a guy like Luke.  He's a tremendous athlete, is incredibly soft spoken and he plays a "classic" position that isn't a huge game breaker these days, but plays it in a way that is incredibly effective versus modern offenses.

Will people stop bring up Peppers, the NFC Defensive Player of the Year and AP Defensive Player of the Year awards are DIFFERENT. Peppers finished 4th in the AP vote in 2004, therefore, LUKE IS OUR FIRST AP DPOY.
