Lol at Duke first....even though I'm not a UNC fan.

This does not bode well for Parker.  Out played by Mercer.  Do not want.

Hood played like hot dog poo today too. I thought he was touted as NBA-ready also.

Duke was massively overrated this year.  They lost every big game away from Cameron yet still were never ranked over nationally under number 7 or 8.

Parker benefited from the press Duke receives when in reality he's the best player on a mediocre team.

Parker is good, but I think we can all agree that including him on first team All-ACC defense was a joke.  K was benching him late for Jefferson cause he couldnt defend the post or the pick and roll

UNC fan here. I'm sorry about the early loss. In the tourney I'm ACC all the way. I was hoping we'd meet up in the later rounds, now I'm hoping UNC makes it out of the first.

It's been a crazy year.

I still think Parker is a great player. The numbers are there and if you watch the film he has a variety of moves.

He's not a smart player though. Charges, traveling, bad shots. I was in awe as much as I was grimacing watching him this year.  Really the whole Duke team had that issue. Not smart players. Kids. Duke's play style and their lower recruits just don't fit the one and done approach. The need the Singlers, Smiths, Scheyers, Zoubeks and Plumlees of the world.

If you're going for one and done kids you need to make a high flying harlem globetrotters team. These freshmen don't play defense.

Parker is a skilled player with size...problem is he isn't hungry enough. All these 5 star kids are handed everything and told they are great yet very few have that spark to dominate a game.

First off, I would like to say I'm a Carolina fan.

Secondly, did you see Parker's game against UNC?

He's a freshmen, he's going to disappear in games... it happens. However, he has all the tools (body, athleticism, overall game: inside and out) to become a really good player in the NBA.

The only explanation for you calling him a bust is either Duke busters your bracket, you're a homer of another team, or you're a complete idiot.

I think he has all the skills to play in the NBA and seems to be a little more humble than most dookies.

Did I miss the "Andrew Wiggins will be a bust" thread somewhere?  Because a big 4 points on 1-6 shooting against mighty Stanford isn't exactly impressive either.

Tourney performance won't effect either at all.
