OMG you guys need to chill. You sound like a bunch of freakin 2 year olds after your mommy took your candy away. It is 6-0 after a quarter and a half. It could easily be 21-0 now, if not worse. Our Defense is balling out...give them credit and hope the offense picks it up.
Shula is calling a great game, contrary to what some of you think. It seems he is always calling pass plays on the side of the field that Tampa is blitzing from. Nice balance as well. Not sure why some of you expect this team, or any NFl team, to score on every single drive.

Good gracious this is ridiculous. Do you think there is any chance the coaching staff wanted to throw shorter passes and not challenge a very good secondary with receivers who struggle to separate (other than smitty)?
Even if that is not the case...Cam taking what is given to him shows maturity. If he would have forced more deep throws you would have complained that Cam is not evolving as a smart passer. Never happy...

LOL at people referencing that last drive. The fugers gave us 30 yards in penalties. Shula can suck a dick a long with the entire coaching staff and Richardson. This team isn't going anywhere until they both go.
Rivera and Shula were not the problems. Was Carroll the problem for the Seahawks almost losing? Sometimes you have to blame execution. This was a great game between two very good teams. Someone had to win, someone had to lose. A veteran player made a terrible mistake in the red zone with time winding down. Of course people are referencing that drive...it is common sense to do so.
Look on the bright side...at least this team has been in that many games that we wound up losing over the last two seasons. I seem to remember a few seasons under Fox where all losses were out of reach entering the 4th. All that stat means is we are that close. Could coaching improve? YES. Could the players stand to eliminate stupid late game mistakes? YES.
Last year we blamed all the close losses on the kicker. Why does Rivera take all the blame this year when just as many games were lost by players? As the coach Rivera should be blamed for some mistakes...but my goodness he cannot control everything. He is not on the field when those costly fumbles and interceptions occur. Let the man get his personnel in there. Hurney has still been building a John fox team the past couple of seasons...its now time to let Rivera and the new GM build a Rivera team.
