#3325298 Justin Hardy route tree breakdown

Posted by hepcat on 17 April 2015 - 06:31 PM

Great research and thread!  Pie for you. I would be interested to see this kind of info on other WR's the Panthers are eyeing.  Breshad Perriman and Nelson Agholor specifically.

#3322759 Panthers to meet with Breshad Perriman

Perriman will be a bust if he's taken too early.  I've seen some mocks having him going to the Dolphins at 14.  He was a projected 3rd round pick before his blazing 40 time at his pro day.  He had a lot of drops in college and I smell another Troy Williamson...

#3317089 Charles Tillman, CB aka "Peanut" signs with Panthers

Posted by hepcat on 09 April 2015 - 03:15 PM

I have paid zero attention to this guy or the Bears in general.

Please someone tell me how to feel about this.

This is more of a depth/mentoring signing.  That dude can teach players how to punch the ball out for fumbles better than anyone.  Doubt he has the speed to play outside corner anymore...

Love the BSG reference.  Although if Adama was coach of this team we'd be running away from our problems for 4 seasons before luckily winning a Superbowl.  Hey wait....

That's a purty git fiddle my man!

I just bought the same guitar I tried out for a month at a lower price.  They still had it at the store and I talked him down to $1800 with strap locks included!  Got a 10-2a show on Friday can't wait to give it the workout.  NO RAGRETS

#3313575 Would you be open to this Star trade? (very hypothetical)

In 2nd grade I traded a bologna sandwich for a snack pack and that was a better trade than this

#3309999 Five teams that won't return to the playoffs

Posted by hepcat on 02 April 2015 - 12:44 PM

This is seriously a re-hash of last year's criticism. Only with us having a great 2014 draft and the other teams in our division not getting any better (or like NOLA, significantly worse).

Tampa will likely be much improved if they draft JW, but he'll still be a rookie and rookie's rarely lead teams to the playoff promised land.

Since 2008: Joe Flacco, Matt Ryan, Mark Sanchez, Andy Dalton, Andrew Luck, Russell Wilson, RGIII....NOT rare at all.

Yea beating the Saints 41-10 in New Orleans and beating Falcons 34-3 in Atlanta to finish off the season means the Panthers will definitely finish third in the division.

#3309866 Panthers should draft a QB in 2015

Posted by hepcat on 02 April 2015 - 11:10 AM

Derek Anderson will be here until he retires...his job is too cushy.  He tried being a starter and wasn't that great, but in Carolina he gets a chance to play because of Cam's playing style (which might knock him out a game here or there) but he doesn't have to risk injury and collects his fat paycheck anyway.

#3309430 If you could only watch one show the rest of your life, what do you choose?

I agree with The Simpsons.  Sheer amount of material is a determining factor.
