Oh sweet jesus, yes! I'm hoping some team takes him in the Top 15. I know DGB won't go in the Top 15 but if he did that would help us out tremendously too. Imagine if someone like Peat or Beasley or White fell to us. That chain reaction would be extraordinary.
Lol I love when you show up to every thread involving Perriman continuing to spout the ridiculous stuff like this.
First it was it he isn't a first round talent and now that it's pretty certain he's going in the first you are hoping a team overdrafts him lol
Only one I can think of is Arian Foster and he's still not even very close at all. Morris had a good rookie year as a 6th rounder but he's gotten worse since then and that success may have been due to RGIII's running threat. Guys like Lynch and Peterson who are franchise cornerstones are found in the 1st round, and Gurley would be well worth our 25th pick.
Gotten worse? If having three 1000 yard rushing seasons as a 6th round pick is getting worse maybe you need to get your eyes checked. Morris has been a top 10 back since entering the league.
Yep. And that's exactly what Maine and I were trying to convey to PF.
A month ago, I didn't want to believe that Perriman would be gone before our pick, especially amid the clowning, disparaging remarks and ignorance about him on the Huddle, but now there is the real possibility that he will be gone.
I hope that we land Agholor some type to of way,
PF is an idiot. I can tell you with almost 100% certainty. He reads articles or mocks early in the process and watches the combine then is set in his opinion on players. That's how you get him knowing not very much on Perriman. He hears that he isn't a first round guy early before anyone has really watched the tape then he's set.
I simply contend this guy had sat in thw car at worst he goes to jail.
Does the outcome fall all on him? No. But he didn't do himself any favors running.
Even if he runs at worst he should still be going to jail that's the whole point. Running from cops while unarmed and posing no threat isn't cause for execution. Do you understand that? It's really simple.
There honestly needs to be a national charge against cops and the police force at this point.
We need civilian oversight.
We need body cameras.
We need a complete overhaul on training.
We need prosecutors to bring charges against cops who do this. Not just grand juries where they don't bring charges. We need actual trials.
We need to completely eradicate the culture in precincts where it is defend the shield.
We need better evaluation methods so assholes don't keep getting hired as cops.
