i wouldn't consider myself an athiest i just want everybody to get along and go play in the forest and worship my nature god. jk
i tend to agree a lot with panthro (and shout out to T too^)but i'm not a christian. i just think we are all in this together (obviously) so inclusiveness rather than categorizing people because humans tend to suck when they categorize, is best. thats how i look at my spirituality. From that, i think there is something connecting us all together. we are just fuging up majorly and there are a lot of distractions and that is part of being wired as a human. Fundamental Christianity in its essence is not inclusive and can be downright scary for some folks who are born into a household like that. There are some great christian churches i have attended who preach this inclusiveness i have said that before. if i attend church (very infrequently) it is usually unitarian univeralist (i've met some really great people from all walks of life when i do attend).
that law that passed in indiana IS the devil's work.
there are some things the government needs to step in and and say "hey neanderthals this is just fuged up, stop being fugheads and be decent human beings" or maybe "follow jesus' teachings you fugsticks"
there are certain levels of human decency that need to be retained. History has shown allowing certain communities to dictate morality is beyond retarded, like my example.
i understand where twylight is coming from tho tbh about government overreaching this is just dumb though.
