Lets see, Fox is boring and sucks he is the reason the Panthers suck. Funny, he goes to Denver and in his first year gets into the playoffs with The Golden Calf of Bristol, now has possibly the top TEAM in the NFL.
Chud was considered one of the better offensive minds and helped create a perennial probowler at QB in Rivers. Comes to Carolina and is strapped with Scam and all of a sudden he sucks...at least to Panther fans. But Cleveland tabs him to be HC and NFLN and other say its a damn good hire.
So lets step into reality, the Panthers org sucks and 99% of the fanbase doesn't know poo apparently. I mean you kiss JR's ass while screaming how great the city and team is, but facts show different. You think Sir Cameron Newton: Leader of Men, Lover of Puppies...Esquire is the greatest thing when the entire NFL has serious concerns about the punk. Then you think all these coaches suck, but before they get here and after they leave they do fine.
Seems to be the Reality and facts on this is clear, its the Carolina Panthers and their old asshat owner that suck.
At the pure inept stupidity of Jerry Richardson. Months ago fired Hurney and hired a guy to find us a GM, yet here we are still without one. Hell have we even interviewed anyone?
Says new GM will make decision on Rivera, then screws any GM wanting to interview for taking that away from him. Who the hell worth a poo will want to GM this organization? I mean be honest who the fug worth a rats ass would want to walk into this cluster fug and GM this org?
No one is the answer.
But hey, JR can sure read a financial statement right? And I thought Ralph Wilson was the worst owner in the NFL, man was I wrong.
Apologizing about your behavior on an Interwerbz forum. Wow. 21st Century is serious business.
I figure its the right thing to do. Sure I have an opinion but being over the top and such really doesn't add to the board and it doesn't help with a frustrated atmosphere with how the team is struggling right now.
I feel I have been way overboard in my stance on our QB and I want to apologize for that. I look forward to hopefully having some good conversation on how we can get this team turned around and get back to a Superbowl and win it this time.
I won't read anything else pertaining to Warren Moon. I think he's one of the most racist pro athletes of all time. He never comments on white QB's... Only black one... And he's always pulling the race card. No respect for people living in the past
Spot on. This guy is about as racist as it comes. Anyone thinking Cams criticisms are Race motivated are racists themselves and flat out fuging morons.
It is pathetic in this day and time you cant call a moronic QB what he is without some clowns screaming race. It doesn't matter he is black, it matters he is an option QB without the mindset to be able to read NFL Defenses. It has NOTHING to do with race. There are many whites that were even worse than Cam is.
If you look at last year we used a lot of two tight end sets and had many plays that got Cam easy throws early and on first down. For some reason we decided to go to just a spread option look and it isn't working and I think has played a major role in Cam's struggles this year.
As far as the read option in general, I actually like it. But last year we had our success with it on 2nd and 3rd down. It is highly effective in those 2 and 5 and 3 and short situations when the defense is a little tighter to the line of scrimmage and is more eager to clamp down on the running backs and have bad angles on the outside.
I think we put the cart before the horse this season and our offense is paying the price.
But I really miss having two tight ends and I think Cam misses it too.
I think the 'ACE' formation is a good one as well. You can still have a great running game out of it.
It also talks about how this scheme hurts our offensive linemen as well. We've all seen how good Williams and Stewart can be in an I-formation offense. They were the best ground tandem in the league. They haven't both all of a sudden forgotten how to run the ball. This scheme is killing their production. And it's killing our season.
When you have to tailor your offense to an option QB who can't read defenses, this happens.
