#2864746 Why did you become a Panther fan?

Posted by DCR on 25 July 2014 - 05:19 PM

Started following the NFL when it first aired on british television in 1983.
Different teams shown every week, so didn't really follow a team liked Riggins and Darrell Green of the redskins
and Bo Jackson and Marcus Allen of the Raiders.

Decided to follow the Panthers the day the Frachise was announced - (luckily Jacksonville was granted later).

Used to follow the games on play by play on NFL.com.

Now usually get a stream of Panthers games if they are not on T.V. Don't like late games as we are 5 hours ahead

I think Chudzinski is one of those really smart guys with an unfortunate habit of outsmarting himself.

McDermott had a bit of a rep for that too honestly, but it hasn't shown up in his time here.

I'd take Turner over Chudzinski in a heartbeat, but I'm not so sure Rivera would unless he were forced.

This is the only way i would be happy to see Rivera stay

Similar scheme but more balanced offence , use our backs and take a lot of pressure off Cam

I'm from Bristol England
Got hooked on football when Channel 4 started showing games in 1983 watching Riggins & the Redskins
Started following Raiders after visiting L A but they went back to Oakland & I watched football when i could without following any particular team.
Decided to follow the Panthers the day the franchise was announced and watch streams if i can or follow
play by play on NFL
Been to a couple of games at wembley but would rather follow the Panther games.
