I stay at hotels weekly and this is as good as it gets. You won't know your hotel but paying retail price for hotels is absurd I think. Priceline has higher standards than Hotwire too when grading hotels which is why I recommend priceline vs. Hotwire. I'd just get something uptown and walk, you could use the light rail if exercise scares you.
airbnb is also an awesome site. You have to be real careful though you're not staying with someone as oppose to in someone's house.
Guy that wants to do business with our company found out I am a panthers fan and got me two club level tickets to the game Sunday. I'm taking My father as a birthday present, his birthday is tomorrow. I've never been in club seating before what should I expect? The tickets are about on the 35 yard line.
Does... Does this mean I get to ride the escalators?
Clubs have bars and restaurants and inside/climate control areas to watch the game. The view is perfect level to see the game not too far away and not so close you'll be turning your head. I personally love club seats for the extra large seat you get, it offer a lot more room and is more comfortable. Be prepared for quiet, older fans though who'll be condescending by asking you if it's your first game at the slightest bit of noise to which I always reply "no, is it a first for you? You seem quiet". Anyways, club seats have a great view and are comfortable, just not the greatest company. You'll enjoy them very much I'm so jealous! Have fun.
You'll ride the escalators but just one set I believe.
For an old broke down fug, Harper sure can still lay the wood. I think he is a good addition, not great but far from broke down. I like his instincts and hope playing the saints will rile him up. I'm glad he is here, and will root him on as a panther fan.
idk how well this works with -20 temps, but i'd bundle up and just be jumping the whole time cheering on the team. probably eat alot and drink a fair amount of beer before the game too. that would be enough to keep me warm. but isnt Minny building a new Dome?
Yep, new dome in Minnine, I drive by the area a lot. I can never keep warm up there and I stuff like 50 hand warmers in my shoes and gloves, it's the only way to survive. I see fans with their shirts off and poo and I'm like they have to be completeley wasted on beer, I'd pass out drunk before I could keep warm.
I have no idea why these places don't have a dome...but it's actually pretty packed, people don't seem to care I guess they're used to it.
lol i would love to see the Roaring Riot club freezing their asses off in Lambeau or Minny. haha. truth be told, i would love to be freezing my ass off with them!
I got to Viking games quite a bit and holy crap, I've lived in Detroit and Minnie is 10x worse, freeeeezing cold, coldest place I've ever been in the USA, not sure if last a whole game even with panthers I usually leave early haha.
FF7, FF6, Xenogears, Chrono Cross, Skies of Arcadia, Vagrant Story, Resident Evil (GameCube), Eternal Darkness, Tribes 2, WoW, SimCity 4, first Command and Conquer, Total Annihilation, Baldur's Gate 1/2, Planescape: Torment, Halo 1, Elder Scrolls Morrowind, GTA: SA, Knights of the Old Republic, original Mario series, Fallout 3 and yes....despite it's flaws, Skyrim.
Clearly I love RPGs. I haven't played many newer PC games since my PC couldn't handle it so these are the older ones I grew up with but still play all of them. To me a great game is something you still crave to play years later so I don't judge newer games.
