#2135100 Gordon/Dunlap get into altercation

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 14 February 2013 - 01:22 PM

Great now Cats will just give him away

maybe they will give Dunlap away too

not that I agree with what Gordon did, but Dunlap has to go.. he's losing the team.. to make a mild-mannered Gordon act like this.. trade Gordon, fire Dunlap, promote Stephen Silas, call it a season

#2129721 OFFICIAL "Fugh You" Bobcats THREAD

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 08 February 2013 - 09:30 PM

Fugh You Bobcats!! for putting this on my plate and telling me this is what's for dinner- and with a straight fughing face... how fughing dare you!?!

Dunlap needs to go- right now after tonight. A city/team can only handle so much.
This small ball sh!t has to go with him. Gone! Now! Tonight!

Adrien, got zero minutes...... you good-for-nuthin coach and organization
To have Session guarding Kobe coming off of a timeout.. please just leave
To play this way.. knowing it won't work before you even.. ughh.. i'm just.. fugh

oh- and Kobe got MVP chants in our own house

fugh you -signed,
bP

#2110550 bP's 2013 Mock Draft -through pick #14-

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 22 January 2013 - 12:56 PM

1. Washington- Shabazz Muhammad - SF
Washington just drafted Beal last year and have finally gotten John Wall back from injury. The post seems okay with Nene holding it down and they really need help on the wings. Shabazz will give them a immediate scorer.

2. Charlotte- Nerlens Noel - PF/C
The Bobcats have long needed someone in the post who you can throw it down to and watch him come away with 2pts almost everytime. Noel might not have the offensive game polished yet, but the potential is there. Noel's stats look very similar to Anthony Davis' from last year.

3. Cleveland- Ben Mclemore - SG
Cleveland has needed someone to team up with Kyrie Irving and knock down the open shots he provides his teammates.

4. Phoenix- Cody Zeller - PF
This is the typical pick for this team. Run and gun, play defense when necessary- Score, score score. Zeller might not be a superior defender, but will give Phoenix the ability to run the fast break and score at will.

5. NO- Alex Len - C
Davis and Len sound like a match made in heaven for the next 10 years.

6. OKC- Willie Cauley-Stein - C
OKC needs to find a permanent, long-term, replacement at center.

7. Detroit- Marcus Smart - PG/SG
Smart will provide scoring and defense for a team that turns the ball over a ton.

8. Orlando- Isaiah Austin - PF/C
Trying to find post help since Dwight Howard was traded.

9. Sacramento- CJ McCollum - PG/SG
Another team that needs a PG who can limit turnovers and create for teammates.

10. Philly- James Mcadoo - PF
Bynum blew up in their face and need to create some sort of front court.

11. Dallas- Mason Plumlee - PF
Need the hustle player that can rebound and follow up after Dirk.

12. Phoenix- Otto Porter - SG
The 1, 3, 4 and 5 are locked up. They need a SG.

13. Minnesota- Glen Robinson III - SF
They are the worst 3pt shooting team in the league- it isn't even close.

14. Charlotte- Michael-Carter Williams - PG
Aside from help down-low, scoring is something the Bobcats will need help with.
(Might try and trade this to move up or couple with player(s) at trade deadline.)

Hue Jackson
Norv Turner
Dave Toub
Ken Wisenhunt

All would be fools to come here because Rivera is already on the hot seat. There a lot of pressure to perform as a player/coach in the NFL already.
Why come to a place that is expecting a lot right out the gate and if you fall short- there is a good possibility you will be looking for work again next year?

I'm now in the mindset that we might as well just get rid of Rivera and let Getty put together a coaching staff from the ground up. No?

I'm probably over-reacting, but I totally understand why Toub would go to the Chiefs.

#2042340 Christmas Traditions You Could live Without

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 11 December 2012 - 03:25 PM

Every year my sister in law sends us a tin of freshly baked Christmas cookies. sounds yummy huh? Not hardly- she always throws them loose in a tin with a paper towel folded flat over top of them (to absorb the impact I guess shes thinking) and then puts the tin in a cardboard box. Then they are whisked several hundred miles to me by the magic of UPS. By the time the cookies arrive they are barely discernible as food let alone cookies. I dont have the heart to tell her and this has been going on for about a dozen years now. Oh well - the chickens will have a nice snack.

Heres this years installment of Holiday Crumbs as they arrived - and oh yes - the flavors have mingled quite nicely!

http://Posted Image

take a piece of bread or two and put them in the closed tin container over night. In the morning you will have found the bread is all hard and the cookie are nice and soft instead of dried out

you're welcome :)

#2033629 IF they change back to the Charlotte HORNETS

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 06 December 2012 - 07:47 AM

It would be a coup for MJ if he was the one to bring the Hornets back.

never thought about that.. if he were "the one who brought the Hornets back" and put together even just a playoff one-and-done team for a few years-- he could clean his slate of draft choices/trades and be forgiven.. be seen as a good owner

#2021886 I cant wait to see...

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 29 November 2012 - 08:16 AM

...what this offense and team will look like when Hendo gets back on the court. With all the talk about trading him away- lets not forget how solid he has been for us the past few years. He has trade value because he is an asset. Earlier in the year, when he was out there, the team wasnt firing like it is now. Im still not opposed to trading him but i still want to see how he performs with Kemba and MKG.

My guess is, if we had him, we beat ATL last night

#2019547 stewart has a high ankle sprain

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 27 November 2012 - 04:30 PM

when RR said that Deangelo is the "homerun threat" and Jonathan was the bruiser, i was confused.. Denagelo used to bang up the middle just as hard as any other RB.. he isnt a cutback runner, although he has that ability..
