Gee who knew?

#3298174 Gettleman on Sirius NFL Radio 3/24/2015

I'm not sack sniffing the fat fug. Sorry huggers. I'll believe it when I see it and what I have seen so far is a LONG way from deserving the slurpfest he gets here. Some bold moves, some stupid moves and a few bottom feeder deals but no coherent plan yet and NO results on the field yet.

What's not to slobber about?

#3288398 Cowboys in negotiations with Greg Hardy?

Posted by fjblair on 17 March 2015 - 04:16 PM

The Kraken is SEA and we might as well blow this team up and rebuild because we are not getting through them. Sherman, Chancellor, and Hardy would be the best combo in years.

We get it man, the Panthers will never be a winner because we didn't sign Hardy. Give the hand wringing a rest and move on. The sky is not falling and the earth does not rotate around Greg Hardy.

#3237593 Hardy Suspension Likely

Posted by fjblair on 10 February 2015 - 06:02 PM

The demonizing of the woman here and defense of hardy is laughable and pathetic. Was the party girl hanging around Hardy because he had money and was an NFL player? Duh, like she is something out of the ordinary. They both know the game and Hardy played on the edges. Choir boy was doing blow, club running and one night he slapped this chick around. Not exactly breaking new ground for a professional athlete. She didn't call the police, some chick that was there did, at that point she probably felt trapped or maybe saw an opportunity, who knows. Obviously she didn't want to go through with it after the poo hit the fan and flaked every chance she got. Once the appeal for jury trial happened then the Hardy lawyers started putting out the feelers for a number to make it go away and by gawd they found common ground. Then they all lived happily ever after. The end.

#3231953 So, no one learn anything from the bad call from the superbowl?

Posted by fjblair on 05 February 2015 - 12:22 PM

It was 2nd down and they had 1 timeout left, Pete tho he'd have 3rd & 4th down to also try an punch it in. Wilson's pass was s'pose to be a TD or incomplete to stop the clock. If that pass was to the receivers inside shoulder we'd probably be talking about a repeat.

Only idiots and casual football fans will say it was a bad call. People that understand the game get it.

#3217860 No matter how hard I try, I just cant hate the Patriots.

If you don't hate the Patriots then you have no soul.

#3215571 Don't complain about Richardson when Nascar does this

Posted by fjblair on 21 January 2015 - 10:16 AM

it wasnt a bad idea, its just a bad location.  should have built it out in concord. rednecks dont venture uptown.

These comments kill me because there are a zillion more rednecks watching football than racing.

I just can't work up any real outrage over this revelation.

I wouldn't read much into it

The obvious answer but let's get 15+ pages out of this...

I would much rather have their O-line.

The whining in this thread makes me glad I'm not a fickle bitch who hates their former best friend because she got a new boyfriend they don't like.

#3150635 Rivera: "Learned from first Atlanta game to stay aggressive"

Posted by fjblair on 23 December 2014 - 10:22 AM

I was doing family Xmas stuff and didn't get to see the game, but I saw that we started kneeling to run the clock down with like 2 minutes left on the 2 yard line instead of scoring. How does this fit in with the 'stay aggressive' philosophy?

It was the set of plays before that were questionable. We needed a first down so we run three straight plays. Stew bailed out the weak play calling with a great run.

Posted by fjblair on 21 December 2014 - 04:09 PM

Stew gave coaches a Christmas gift. That 3rd down play call was pathetic.

#3140294 Couple things on the Stew fumble play.....

Missed blocking assignments happen all the time but the only player to blame for putting the ball on the ground is the ball carrier. I'm not connecting the dots here.
