And I don't want to spend a first round pick on Kelvin Benjamin. He was getting manhandled a lot early against smaller defensive backs, that shouldn't happen with his body size. And if we wanted a receiver that could drop passes that hit him in the hands over the middle we could just resign LaFell.
Ugh. No we don't need that.
And don't get me started on throws that bounce off of LaFell's hands like he's wearing his grandmothers oven mitts. Worst hands in football that guy.
This is two consecutive weeks of outstanding defense with tons of pressure from our D Line, and a solid, grinding offense that seems to have found a purpose. We're not going anywhere this year, but I'll take it.
I agree with the punt. Why play man in that situation I don't know. The D must have bit on the play fake.
I understand it's conventional wisdom to punt in that situation, but honestly, did you expect our defense to prevent a FG with nearly 2 minutes on the clock? I don't care what the starting field posession was, it wasn't going to happen.
I don't think I've ever heard a Beatles or Elvis song either. I would say there are plenty around my age and younger who are the same. That isn't the music we grew up with so unless our parents played it we have no exposure to it.
When you have "artists" now saying lyrics aren't important, I feel it is safe to say new music sucks (only speaking for one specific genre with this statement)
You've never heard a Beatles or Elvis song? Is that what I'm reading you to say, chef? Allright, chef, your "I'm just a kid" routine is officially annoying. Just stop it.
If you haven't heard the Beatles, Elvis or, frankly, Madonna, and you don't find any of it at least catchy, you're either deaf, inconceivably ignorant or you're simply a dick. I'm guessing the latter.
