In Topic: Panther's QB Derek Anderson in Trouble With the Law...

17 April 2014 - 06:52 AM

Ever seen a man go flying out of a car almost the length of a Football field and slam head first into a house, nearly missing a window, killing him instantly because he didn't wear his seatbelt? That's why certain laws are on the books. Now go sit down.

Ever seen a car smashed by a deer? Roadways without barrier fencing represent an equal threat from wildlife as from traffic especially in rural areas (where deer roam). Your assumption that the State knows what is our best interest at the expense of our Natural Law right to choose for ourselves, is insulting. We don't serve the State - the State (should) serve us!

This is the dumbest post of the year.

There are thousands of police officers who are great men & serve to protect their community.

Smitty kept talking about how he was really close to Derek. Those tweets make it look like he rubbed off on him. Derek is being an immature bitch.

Don't want a ticket for blacked out windows? Don't black out your windows. That cop doesn't make the laws, he just enforces them.

I have gotten tickets for window tint before. I pay the fine & move along.

While I agree "There are thousands of police officers who are great men & serve to protect their community." I also realize there are thousands MORE Barney Fife wannabe's who "serve" the state at the expense of We the People. Which is worse... those who complain about abusive police force or those who progagate crimes against humanity with a mentality to accept laws that do not serve "the community"?

If his window was down, the purpose of the law becomes irrelevant unless the real purpose is to serve the state. Furthermore, EVERY law officer has an obligation to reconcile our humanity in the course of their duties. Otherwise, it's NOT the law anymore!

In Topic: Officials or announcers?

The poor officiating affected the game much more than the announcers. Besides, I enjoy proving the naysayers wrong.

In Topic: Cam Newton's "Flop" and "Acting" Is What Got Us The Win -...

25 November 2013 - 06:36 AM

Cam did NOT "sell" the refs and he did NOT "flop"! He slipped and merely smiled that the refs intrepreted the slip as an excessive hit out of bounds. I don't believe the media (and some fans) are considering Cam's intent was NOT to deceive, but to enjoy the result. Why blame Cam for enjoying the moment as if his intent was to deceive? The man literally can NOT smile without a bunch of negative Nancy's implying the worse from Cam. It's wrong!!!!

In Topic: One Thing is Certain: Competition at an All-Time High

This is why I'm not that worried about safety spots. Mike Mitchell is a guy with physical talent that never quite peaked. Campbell and Naka are hard working guys and they are going to bring their best into TC. Sherrod Martin may have a say as well. Lester looks like a guy to take seriously as well. We will end up with a safety with a chip on his shoulder and ready to ball. We may not end up with a pro bowler but I'm totally expecting a decent safety coming out of that group that won't be a liability. Competition brings out the best in people. Same goes with CB.

Would like to see if Nelson Rosario is in the mix as well at TE.

I hope you are right about better safety play because our green coaching isn't capable of developing a game plan to mitigate this weakness.
