i got a fat porterhouse i'm gonna smoke real low for 45 minutes and then sear.  i'll post a pic later.

Leftover wings. Got a pork butt that sat in apple juice overnight I want to smoke but that baby's about 9 hours away.

Do you have a go to recipe for the Skins or is it just the straight forward method?

I'm getting error while uploading image (size too large I guess), but I made me some sandwiches between lunch and dinner along with green tea.

Chili and cornbread. It was 36 degrees this morning. Chili seems fitting.

It's a wet brine to add moisture like you would with chicken. Just use apple cider (used juice because I'm out) where you would normally use water for extra flavor. I put my dry rub on after it's soaked 8-24 hours.

I OD on apple with pork though so I can't say how effective the brine is alone. I soak it in it, smoke it with applewood, and I don't have a spray bottle to mist so I cover it in applesauce to get a good bark. Pulled pork is super forgiving regardless but it's always come out great for me.

just the basic.  had some small potatoes, baked em, scooping out the innards for mashed potatoes later, added in taco meat, peri peri sauce, lots of cheese and baked again till the cheese was melted.  then sour cream.
