I don’t understand how Brindamour can keep Mrazek in the game. Close game be damned Mrazek has given up 5 goals. That gets you pulled case closed.

Refs owe the Hurricanes a BS penalty right out the gate in the 3rd period for that missed cross check. Probably won’t matter because their PP is terrible but it’s the thought that counts

It’s not all his fault, the defense is bad in this game on both sides. He’s had a bunch of 2 on 1s in his face all game. Mrazek is better with the action in his face it seems. From distance he’s a huge liability

Yea but even with those numbers the eye test says they’re hanging on by a thread during those power plays. Felt like Tampa has been well in control on power plays while the hurricanes are struggling to even maintain the zone
