    49ers managed to do it twice within a decade and they didn't make any lopsided trades, the roster was built through the draft and Free Agency.

    Great let's bring in a franchise QB to get battered for two or three years to rebuild and hope he can stay healthy.

    Watson isn't going to carry a terrible HC, no O-line, and a bad defense to the playoffs. He might be good enough for 2-3 additional wins.

    Hopefully Seattle or another team can swipe Watson before the Panthers get the opportunity, that would prevent Tepper's desperate ass from mortgaging the future.

    This trade would the set the Panthers back for a decade, Watson isn't worth that much.

    O-line needs all the help they can get, it would be nice to finally have decent play from that group. Seven years since there was a competent O-line in Panthers uniform.

    Oy, hopefully they go with a top OL. There aren't any QB worth a top ten pick this year.

    Too high for a LB that's only a pass rushing specialist.

    Matt Rhule is officially the worst Head Coach in Panthers history.

    At this point Rhule should be stripped of all roster control, he should be forced to ride out the season with Darnold. He hitched himself to Teddy, PJ, and Sam so let him go down with the ship.

    Very seldom does it happen. Tepper would be in great position if he would just sit back, shut up, and sign checks. Coincide that with kicking Rhule to the curb he would be making a instant turn around. He's got a great front office with Fitterer and Morgan, just fall back and let them do their jobs.

    Not worth the price tag especially for a undersized OLB. They need to prioritize extending DJ and building the O-line.

    Possibly but I still would like to see how that translates on the field. If Rhule still believes he's the smartest guy in the room and doesn't take any advice, it's all for show.
