Great stuff. I always loved Dan Morgan and it is nice to see his role here. The front office sounds like a great team who work very well together and trust and respect each other. They have a good philosophy and it sounds like they are able to execute it without big egos involved. I am forgetting the past...in my mind this is Fitt's 1st year as GM. Young holding on to the ball so long and having to be deep in the pocket is a concern. It is the guys who can get the ball out quickly who are the most successful.
