A top 5 quality player still young they thought could be coached up to his potential with a good surrounding cast... The surrounding cast has failed and he needs way more coaching up if he isn't already broken..

1st game starting at one of the hardest positions to transition to in the pros... He was expectedly horrible... He needs more time and more reps..

Again your opinion... I think we are a better run team with more talent on the roster and a onwer with deeper pockets then the jets... If you think we're the jets cool.. Adam Gase wasn't going to be hired by any other team.. Rhule was either 1 to 3 top coaching prospect teams wanted.. Our GM has killed it this offseason whether it shows up on the field right now or not.. You can change up what you thought weeks ago if want.. But reality is most here loved most of the moves this offseason and thought we were on the right path until this 4 week losing streak... Alot ppl here forget we are STILL A REBUILDING TEAM IN YEAR 2.. We weren't going to be a finished team this year.. We still have major holes that couldn't be fixed in a year.. Just because your expectations change because 3 wins doesn't mean any of that change..

I think it's the offense as a whole right now... Oline not good enough to consistently let Routes develop in the passing game or open holes in the running game.. Qb can't read defenses and isn't accurate.. Wr got the yheps on catching the ball... At this point you can't trust any position group on offense at all..

4 years on a horribly run team.. Cool go by that tape.. Payton had 4 years of tape on Jamie's and still thinks he can fix him... And reality is you only gave up a 2nd round pick.. For a person with top 5 draft talent and still very young... At the end of day I'm not mad at the move just the results..

I agree with Teddy.. but Sam had elite QB traits and younger then Joe Burrows... Teddy was going into year 8 and 28 years old.. Also it's a fact most Scouts in the league had Sam as a top 5 pick in this years draft... Teddy was never top 5 pick quality.. The move made some sense... It worked for Greenbay with Bret Farve and San Fran with Steve Young.. Young QB with skills not making on his original team and going to a new team being good has happened in NFL history before.. It just sucks that it won't work out for us..

Who would trade for Greg Little?? Was something ppl thought couldn't happen as well..

You also expected to have Christian all season as well.. No excuse to be this bad but your missing a major part of the offense and the mistake seem to be putting so much into that 1 player.. Again Teddy had a full season to prove what he was.. Sam only half.. He looks horrible but let the Season play out 1st to make a judgment if we've regressed or not..

Yeah that's clear now... But reality is Darnold was a top 5 pick because he has physically elite QB skills... Any OC and HC worth his stock feels they can work and rehabilitate physically skilled players.. (Payton with Jameis in New Orleans) ... It happens they were wrong but I'm cool with taking the shot at relevance instead staying status quo with a player you know doesn't have it ..

This is a dumb conversation and a overarching after a horrible lose... If you're done with Rhule.. You might want to take 2 years off because he's here for Atleast 2 more years.. Sorry .. But Tepper is from the Steelers system and they don't fire coaches after 1 season..

We've have truly become the Cardinals and Browns fan base.. Without all the loyalty... Atleast they show up even when they lose... But firing coaches after a year is stupid..

Another good example of a team with no patience and took them years to get the coaching hire thing right..

I swear this is turning into Revisionist history.. No body saw the plan when Nakmara gave up that TD to Atlanta and ppl wanted Ron to stay in Atlanta... And those teams kept sucking usually and don't get the right coach until years later.. While teams with patience and consistency usually give more then a year and half... This is getting crazy.. Didn't everybody here understood this wasn't going to be pretty year 2.. This is still a rebuilding year right?? How many of you thought this was a finished team??

3 years.. Like most teams normally do... Again if we would have fired ROn in the middle of year 2.. How would that have worked out.. 2 coach of the year season not here..

The season hasn't played out yet... We won't know its worst until the end of the season.. Maybe you should check your expectations 1st.. Reality check .. If Sam Darnold was good and CMC got hurt this wasn't going to be a good team???

Excuses whatever.. Who gives up on a coach after a year and a half?? Especially when his 1st season was one of the most difficult seasons in sports history?? Give me and example when this was done and considered smart?? Im waiting
