  1. The silence could very well be the fact that people are tired of your shtick. At this point you're coming off the folk that hated the Cam pick. Most people here have seen that before, & have a pretty good idea how it'll play out. Every bad game, (& they will happen) you come off like you'll be front & center screaming I told you so. Every good game, (& they will happen) you come off like you'll be busy on those days. If Young gets injured & Stroud wrecks the league. You come off like you'll ride that for the next 30 years. If Stroud gets injured & Young wrecks the league, you come off like you'll be grateful that others will be too happy to care about this poo & you get to be a fan. As for scheming around his deficiencies, I wouldn't.
  2. Yeah, but it's highly unlikely to happen. Let's say that our highest rated QB is Young, but we think Levis & Stroud are close seconds. We play everything close to the vest & a few days before the draft... well, yesterday happens. A story drops about how we're really gonna pick Levis. Houston really wants Levis, big time, so they start offering trades, at some point their GM slips & we are now 99% sure that they want Levis & are scared we're gonna take him. We respond to their trade offer with something insane like their #2 pick this year, & their 1st & 2nd rounders in '24 and '25. They reject that. Then a photo comes out with Reich talking to someone in front of a white board & at the top you can just make out an "L" right before his head obscures the rest of what's there. Houston panics, & offers #2, & #12 (iirc) this year, & their 1st & 2nd rounder next year, plus a player at a position we need to shore up. We take the deal, they get Levis, & we get a nice haul of picks especially regaining a 1st next year. Or they pick Young & yell "Haha! Gotcha!" & we say "Cool" & pick Levis or Stroud, BPA at #12, & go on about our business knowing we easily won that trade. Now again, this is a pipe dream. If this happens, I can apparently see the future, so the next billion dollar jackpot numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32. Short version, some team might panic & greatly "over pay" in a trade.
  3. Some will, my buddy who's a Jets fan sent me this... If you're old you know.
  4. LOL! Says the guy with the "tall guy" complex. Your life is what it is champ.
  5. No. Don't run. Show me the stats that the smaller QB gets hurt more.
  6. Oh Hell no! If Goku knew the difference, Piccolo wouldn't have had to raise his son.
  7. OK, you're still a nerd, I mean I am too. Always have been. From Star Blazers to Chainsaw Man,but I own it. Right now you're coming off like a tall nerd who worked out, got the gains, & just realized that even if you juiced you wouldn't come close to Bryce Young's ability.
  8. 1. That movie is so dumb but football gods help me I love it. 2. If we draft a linebacker this fourm will be the most entertaining site on the internet for weeks.
  9. Ambivalent. I'm willing to trust the coaches & FO until proven wrong. Like I said many times, in 2001 I was pissed that we burned a 3rd rounder on a dwarf WR from Utah of all places thus proving I have no business in a draft day war room.
  10. LOL! Late April is the busiest time of year for me & I will take a day off work just to watch the poo show this place will become if we trade down.
  11. All I can think of is her jetting down the field with that "balance run" gymnasts do, then a double layout over a 6'3" DB.
  12. Gus. Greatest kicker of all time.
  13. I get the feeling that one of these guys is going to get "golden calf of bristol-ed".
  14. Agreed. He has the potential & natural tools to be something special
  15. Yeah I'm in VT so I watched a bunch of BC games & there's like a .3% chance he falls to 39. If he does however, we fugging better pick him.
  16. Only way I see it happening is if Houston is obsessed with a QB, becomes convinced we're going to take him, they panic offering something crazy like #2 & a 2nd rounder this year, & their 1st rounder & a 3rd in '24. Granted, the odds are only slightly better than winning the lottery.
