  1. Less than 10mins left in the 4th quarter and the Saints have scored one 100% of their possessions. 100% lol
  2. How has it been 15 years since we could run an offense that didn’t snap the ball at 1 second every play?
  3. Hey if you guys think it can’t get much worse as a Panthers fan consider this: I drafted Dalton Kincaid over Kyle Pitts and Breece Hall over Bijan Robinson in fantasy just so I wouldn’t have to cheer for a division rival, my starting QB is (was) Jordan Love, and I also started Chuba Hubbard in my flex this week over DK Metcalf. So it could be worse!
  4. Young has been bad for sure, but he ain’t giving up a score on every possession, the defense is. He didn’t fumble the first down, he didn’t allow free rushers up the middle, he didn’t hold for no reason on a won block on another first down, give up a 60yd punt return, drop an easy interception, etc. He is thus far a part of the problem, but far from the only problem.
  5. Just embarrassing. Don’t want to see a smile on Canales’ face after this. Zero positive. Offense, defense, special teams, OL, QB, CB, DT, everybody absolutely shitting the bed.
  6. Same poo different year. Catastrophic failure from every player on every level. What a joke.
  7. Refs call that hold on Sanders but not when Clowney got held way worse. Do they really think the Saints need help?
  8. Listen, I wasn’t expecting a win week one against a team who had been working in their systems a whole year longer than us, but they need to at least look like they belong on the NFL. That applies to all 3 phases. Offense has looked like crap. Bryce has looked like crap. But let’s not pretend like this defense hasn’t been awful, and they were awful last year, too. Evero overrated af.
  9. These guys celebrating one pbu when they’ve been getting dog walked down the field all game is not it.
  10. I thought we’d at least be able to stop the run. What an embarrassing start.
  11. And of course we get the career long field goal against us. Black cat in full force.
  12. All the preaching about the ball in the off-season to not get that pick with 2 hands under the ball. Defense can’t stop a nosebleed just like last year, Shaq made a good play to finally get us a 3rd and long and Saints dumb enough to take a deep shot instead of play for the first when we’re giving up everything and getting no pressure.
  13. Hold on Clowney clear as day on the replay. He’s past the defender and literally gets turned the hold is so bad. That poo gets called all the time. What are these refs watching?
  14. I’ve got a question for you fantasy gurus. I’ve got a flex spot I’m deciding between DK Metcalf (matched up against Surtain this week otherwise I’m not asking this question), Dionte Johnson, and Chuba Hubbard. PPR league. Who should I start?
  15. Just an extended opportunity for Sanders, Matthews, etc. to solidify themselves on the depth chart ahead of him.
  16. He’s always been just good enough to beat out guys developing behind him, but not good enough to be a difference maker. I do think this coaching staff would not have allowed that to happen like previous staffs did based on Canales’ comments about dealing with the growing pains to develop guys with the traits they are looking for, but glad there won’t even be the temptation now.
  17. It’s definitely a bad look that they chose to make an example by enforcing this on a team playing against one of the worst and most blatant offenders. But who are we kidding, the NFL has been allowing officials to rig games through uneven enforcement of rules for years and nobody cares as long as the media darlings like Patrick Mahomes, Tom Brady, and Peyton Manning benefit.
  18. How was it mis-managed? They made waiver claims that changed the cap situation. Saying it was mis-managed is just talking out your ass. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn’t, you have no clue. What we do know is Chaisson did absolutely nothing with his considerable opportunities both here and Jacksonville, was not worth his contract, and is easily replaced for less money. Also, Wonnum is supposed to be the starting OLB on the other side of Clowney so there’s your other sacks on the roster, he just happens to be injured but he’ll be back. We knew depth would be an issue all off-season and they are dealing with it the best they can as far as I can tell but there’s only so much that can be done because of that salary cap you seem very concerned they be under at all times. You don’t like where the cap money is distributed and that’s really all this is, it’s not like they’re 50m under refusing to address needs. Too early to crucify this regime for dealing with the hand dealt by the last. I for one am more than happy they invested in OL at the expense of some defensive depth because the most important thing to evaluate this season is whether we have a franchise QB.
  19. Do we really gaf? Like I don’t care at all. They’ll figure it out and we won’t lose anything of value to do so.
  20. Plus Jake Luton. Idk why we’ve been so obsessed with their castoffs from that draft.
  21. This seems unnecessarily hostile over a thread about a Facebook joke about the Cowboys.
  22. I’m sure Chase Young will have a good game before he disappears into obscurity for the rest of the year. Over/under at 199 for Young seems like easy money. I’m not a gambling man but if I was I’d sure as hell take the over on that.
