  1. After 2 Carolina 3 - Filthadelphia 2 Goal 1 - Aho (28) from Necas (37) and Skjei (17) Goal 2 - Skjei (15) Unassisted Goal 3 - Aho (29) from Noesen (19) and Gostisbehere (24)
  2. Take a shot every time the Canes go on the PK, then call your doctor.
  3. In the words of Bill Peters, make a f*cking save.
  4. I don’t mind switching the lines against Philly but I definitely don’t understand why you wouldn’t play Freddie in Toronto against his old team which is a better team.
  5. After 1: CANES 2 - Brotherly Love 0 Goal 1 - Aho (28) from Necas (37) and Skjei (17) Goal 2 - Skjei (15) Unassisted
  6. Started slow but I think all the guys started to grow into their lines. Good stuff.
  7. If Pool Party had better stick work then he’d be really good. Hopefully he can develop his stick handling in Carolina.
  8. If we continue to get goals from our defense then we can still be good as long one of our lines is going.
  9. Martinook - Aho - Necas cash in!!! 1-0 Canes
  10. With the 4th line out there, Chatfield rifles one off the goal boast… still 0-0.
  11. I kind of like the Martinook - Aho - Necas line and Jarvis - Kotkaniemi - Fast line so far.
  12. I’m not having any issues on my end with the broadcast.
  13. Should be on Hulu, it’s a ESPN+/Hulu only game tonight.
  14. And just like that, the state of North Carolina is done.
  15. Trying to speak it into existence today, Pool Party goal, Pool Party goal, Pool Party goal.
  16. Literally called the Teravainen - Staal - Puljujarvi line yesterday but figured we wouldn’t see it until next year. This is probably as balanced as the Canes can get.
  17. The real question is what do we do next year… Kochetkov may or may not be the future and the free agent class for goalies is abysmal. In reality, what we have is the probably the best we can get right now.
  18. I brought this up a few weeks ago, he’s the steadiest goalie that we have. He’s good for a leaky one every game but outside of one leaky goal per game he’s usually rock solid.
  19. If you are going to use PFF, use them in their entirety. In 2018, under James Campen, McCray had a grade of 64.0 when he exclusively played guard. That placed him in the top half of all offensive guards in the NFL. 64.0 is much better than the 57.3 grade that Christensen put up last year and people seem to think that he did just fine.
  20. Chatty’s back. Obviously no Pacioretty or Svechnikov, no Stastny, de Haan, or Coghlan either.
  21. McCray’s best year of his career came under Campen when he strictly played guard and graded out in the top half of all offensive guards, 36th out of 86th to be exact (minimum of 275 snaps).
