  1. Absolutely nothing, don’t think the market went the way he anticipated. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is anyway that we can keep him unless Gardiner is moved and that is sure to cost us a first round pick and probably a prospect. Nonetheless, I could definitely get behind this line up: Svech - Aho - Jarvis Patches - KK - Turbo Nino - Staal - Fast Necas - Drury - Kase Marty
  2. I can honestly say that I know absolutely nothing about Luis Eduardo Soares da Silva who goes by Cuiabano. It appears that he’s a left back for Gremio’s (Série B) U20 team and is also a member of the U20 Brazilian national team. In addition to Charlotte; Orlando (MLS), Philadelphia (MLS), Stuttgart (Bundesliga) and Leverkusen (Bundesliga) are also interested in the young Brazilian. You can’t tell a whole lot from this video but the youngster appears to have a rocket of a shot. It is nice to see us being linked to a left back.
  3. Max is an NHL player in my opinion, he’s just stuck behind a lot of depth, Keane as well. One if not both will eventually move on and carve out a career for themselves… similar to Forsling.
  4. Time to bring in some transfers, Columbus just knocked us out of playoff position.
  5. Watched the Orlando/Atlanta game this afternoon and it played out almost identical to ours. Orlando went up 1-0 early in the game and at the 60’ minute mark Orlando switched to a back five with three CB’s and 2 WB’s. Atlanta promptly tied the game at 1 and should have won the game but Martinez missed a sitter and clanked a post as well. I think the theme here is that coaches need to stop going to a five back when killing off the game. It takes way too many players out of the middle of the pitch which is where the prime real estate is when a team is pressing. The 4-2-3-1 with the outside mid’s tracking back is the perfect formation for killing off a game.
  6. I just don’t understand why we went defensive with three CB’s and two WB’s. The team went to poo once we switched to a 5-4-1.
  7. Lattanzio absolutely blew it… Playing Jozwiak as a wing back was mind boggling. I get Corujo went off injured… fine. Shift Fuchs to CB and bring on both Mora and Lindsay. Additionally, our hold up play was atrocious… Jones should have been brought on. The lineup should have been… GK - Kahlina RB - Lindsay RCB - Walkes LCB - Fuchs LB - Mora CDM - Bronico RCM - Jones LCM - Bender RW - Reyna ST - Swiderski LW - Shinyashiki
  8. Going to a back three with wingbacks has time be one of the dumbest moves I’ve ever seen. No idea what Lattanzio is doing and no idea why more moves haven’t been made. Lindsay, Jones, Vargas, Gaines, and Shinyashiki could all be helpful.
  9. Lattanzio outsmarted himself by not bringing Lindsay on for Afful. The back line is a mess right now.
  10. I actually have no idea what kind of formation we are playing right now.
  11. Charlotte needs to get it together… they’ve stopped playing.
  12. Have to give it to Taylor from Miami… that was a spectacular goal.
  13. With Afful picking up a yellow, it’s time to bring in Lindsay.
  14. We can only be left to wonder why Reyna didn’t get any run under MAR.
  15. A couple of changes I’d like to see… Afful is getting cooked on his side, I’d like to see Lindsay come in for him. Ruiz has been invisible tonight, I’d be interested to see what a Bender/McNeill pairing could do. Jozwiak started pretty strong but has since faded, it would be nice to see Shinyashiki come in for him.
  16. HT Charlotte FC 2 - Inter Miami 0 1’ - Reyna from Swiderski 42’ - Reyna from McNeill
  17. Holy poo… Reyna again after a lovely ball (and move) by McNeill.
  18. Wow… hell of a save by Kahlina. That’s got to be in contention for save if the year.
  19. Damn I was getting a snack and a drink… missed the goal lol.
  20. I guess you could say that Cole and Svech went Labar down.
  21. Three points would be huge tonight as we would momentarily jump to fifth in the table.
