  1. They won't move him unless they get at minimum a first and change. And tbh that is exactly the way they should play it.
  2. If he nails the QB this draft he will be safe for years. He better be studying hard.
  3. I mean, isn't Wilks on a lawsuit that claims that very thing lol.
  4. I really like what Moore has done this season with the Cowboys, has had remap everything to a very limited QB and has found a ways to keep their offense competitive. Interested to see how he fares when Dak comes back. I also like Steichen a lot. He seems to be able to work with every kind of QB - Pocket pass like Herbert? Check, Hybrid like Hurts, Check. And, maybe it's just me, but he carries himself like a head coach.
  5. I was super impressed with hookers coolness in the pocket, didn't leave early stood in there made throws. I saw some say Young is a lot like Russel Wilson, man that a great comparison. Maybe a little smaller though.
  6. Man that game was awesome. Honestly, great game by young, bug boy does his frame scare me. I don't think he could make it through half. Season taking the kinds of hits he took today.
  7. Hooker probably first in Heisman voting after this game lol. Amazing.
  8. People keep mentioning his contract, it's a huge value to other teams, he basically has no gaurentees pass this yearm
  9. I think it's the opposite, I think the bills have probably offered a one, but we think we can get more. Just imo though.
  10. Again, year over year it gets said "x is not a desirable job, no one will take it," and year over year said team gets their top 1 or 2 choice. I'm not worried in the least, we will get a good set of coaches to choose from, we just can't screw it up.
  11. Looking forward to today's matchups, a lot to look at with the top prospects. Hooker and Young bs each other. Levis hopefully back. Always love watching Ward. Duggan has shown out this year and more. Let's goooo.
  12. This is fair, maybe I am a bit harsh on some, I just feel like if you are consistently a middle of the road team in any conference for long periods of time, you are mid tier. Obviously it doesn't apply to every one, as many teams will go through up and down periods, but for the most parts there are teams you can count as that. South Carolina for example, to me qualifies as a mid tier college even though they consistently produce great NFL cornerbacks.
  13. I mean that's 4 out of the 5 best QBs in the NFL. And I wouldn't call any of those colleges except maybe Oregon a top-tier school. Again, listing all the starters here: Lamar - Louisville Allen - Wyoming Rodgers/Goff - Cal Herbert - Oregon Mahomes - Texas Tech Baker/Murray - Oklahoma Wilson - NC State/Wisconson Mills - Stanford Ryan - Boston College Carr - Fresno st. Tua/Mac/Hurts - Alabama Wilson - BYU Picket - Pitt Tannehill - A&M Mariotta - Oregon Prescott - Miss St Jones - Duke Geno - WVU Garrapolo - East Illinios or something like that Brady - Michigan Wentz/Lance - NDU Cousins - Mich St. Winston - FSU Dalton - TCU Burrow - LSU Bolded are what I would consider a mid-tier program. I'm sure I'm missing some, but I would say the top 4 or 5 come from that mid-tier group imo. But it's just my opinion - not here to fight about it. On the whole I think college football is a mostly boring product until you get to those upper echelon teams facing each other.
  14. Mid-Level, Mid-Tier, Average, Middle of the Pack, majority 3-star, good every 10 years, never won a conference championship, somewhat competitive. Call it whatever you want, but they are the ones that consistently produce the bests QBs. And when they are good, it's because of those said top-tier QBs.
  15. If there is a draft to be needing a QB regardless of where you draft, this is it. Good options at the top and the bottom of the first/second rounds.
  16. As the old but so true saying goes, it is what it is. It's time now though, to take the risk and jump all in.
  17. I agree here - Again, I would be thrilled if Wilks pulls us to something like 7-10 or 8-9. And I would still do whatever it takes to get a QB in the draft.
