Only one I'd take is probably Gibbs mid second round, he is very similar to Kamara and Breece Hall, can catch passes out of the back field well. Don't know how good of blocker he is though.

I'm starting to lean towards Young. Height aside, he is a generational type talent. I think you bet on that.

I really like what Moore has done this season with the Cowboys, has had remap everything to a very limited QB and has found a ways to keep their offense competitive. Interested to see how he fares when Dak comes back. I also like Steichen a lot. He seems to be able to work with every kind of QB - Pocket pass like Herbert? Check, Hybrid like Hurts, Check. And, maybe it's just me, but he carries himself like a head coach.

This is fair, maybe I am a bit harsh on some, I just feel like if you are consistently a middle of the road team in any conference for long periods of time, you are mid tier. Obviously it doesn't apply to every one, as many teams will go through up and down periods, but for the most parts there are teams you can count as that. South Carolina for example, to me qualifies as a mid tier college even though they consistently produce great NFL cornerbacks.
