  3. What's Spencer Martin up to these days?
  4. Why in the hell did Nashville let Jankowski go? And now Stankoven scores, too.
  5. I have a theory- when Koochie plays, the team thinks they need 5 goals to have a chance. So they shoot more than they need to.
  6. I have a theory involving the team trying too hard to score when PK is in goal and playing more relaxed when Mr Anderson.is back there.
  7. Svech was slamming people tonight. And smiling.
  8. Will Johnson and Tyler Warren were still there. No thanks.
  9. "Whats Steve getting into these days?"
  10. Been on call all weekend, so no drinky-drink. Night shift started back at 9 tonight, so I got to have a couple during this game. Happy, happy, joy, joy.
  11. It was. That is team play. Why can't we edit posts?
  12. Was that Roslovic that gave up an empty netter to set Hall up for the hat trick?
  13. Damn, a hat trick in one period.
  14. It seems like every single player on the Hurricanes roster is playing with a chip on his shoulder — and it shows. After the Rantanen debacle, which seemed to stretch on for weeks, Carolina has been playing lights out hockey since the trade deadline. Rod Brind'Amour's club is one of the hottest teams in the National, racking off seven consecutive wins and eight of nine since February 27. Both Frederik Andersen and Pyotr Kochetkov have been just superb as of late, and a couple of depth players in Jack Roslovic and new addition Mark Jankowski have stepped up in a big way. After a bit of an up-and-down campaign, the Hurricanes are looking like a wagon at the perfect time — and they're showing no signs of slowing down ahead of a California road trip that will take them through San Jose, Los Angeles and Anaheim later this week.
  15. The goalies aren't going to get shutout because we can't score. Go back and look at the games we lost in the last month. 3 goals would have been a few more wins.
