Joe Person (speaking as Thanos)

I've been pining for the next Ryan Kalil for several years now. Seeing us pass on Zach Frazier didn't help. My gut still wants to see a young center drafted but I do think Cade Mays has done well in the role. Some may like Brady Christensen better but I've always preferred him as our utility guy. Austin Corbett has said that he wants to stay in Carolina. If he does, I kinda hope it's not at center. I don't really think that was the best spot for him. His injury issues might make that decision for him, though

I'm told you can't press charges against a month, but if I could I would December pretty much tried to kill me.

Prayers for everyone out there in the vicinity of the fires...it's crazy

Pushing sixty with a bad family history... Married someone with a nursing background who loves to give back rubs though, so hey... I'm definitely not as active as I used to be (funny to say being retired) but I have begun to try and keep up again. The team actually looking good healps...a lot.

So for a while, the solution to the X link posting problem was to take the link text and replace "x.com" with "twitter.com", but lately I've been getting a lot of errors while doing that. Made it look like it wasn't going to work anymore... What I've discovered is that it does still work, with two conditions: 1) the link need to be posted as "plain text" 2) It frequently takes multiple tries So make sure when you paste you do it in plain text mode, and if at first you don't succeed, paste paste again. Hope that's helpful...

Don't know if this has been posted anywhere but here's a clip of some of his better runs...

Ron Wolf's son Eliot is the Executive VP for Personnel in New England. Those are "shirt tail" connections but hey...

Update: This one is blue checked...
-
Better than last month, had a horrendous December
-
Side Note: The Giants are not in the playoffs, but their former quarterback is...
-
Current list from the Jags... Trent Baalke is likely hoping all of those guys are okay working with him. Jag fans are probably hoping the opposite

More from Tennessee... So the Titans will be making the #1 pick with a new GM

Catching up... Had a busy day and hadn't seen either of these firings. Pierce's story certainly didn't have the ending they'd hoped for.
-
Some more insight into the Mayo decision... It kinda sounds like he believed he was Belichick 2.0 and started acting accordingly even though he hadn't truly earned that kind of status.

Bryce Young can have a breakout season in 2024
Mr. Scot replied to Verge's topic in Carolina Panthers
I don't remember if I responded in this thread (I'll have to look). If I did, I hope I said something halfway intelligent -
The Cowboys in Charlotte again?
-
To be fair, he admitted that up front...

I could actually see us being a good choice given there's a little bit of buzz around the franchise right now. My innate Panther fan pessimism says it probably won't happen though.
-
Side note for the Tarheel fans... No, I do not believe this is actually Belichick but I did notice that the account is being followed by the actual Aaron Wilson. Still think it's likely fake but that gives me pause Mind you, even if this were legitimately associated with him, no way do I believe Belichick himself would be the one writing the tweets.

It's been a while since I've "shined" (hell, after the December I had it's lucky I'm still "rising") Appreciated, though. Kinda happy that in what feels like the first time in quite a while, we're not riding o n the carousel.

Speculative? Sure. But no, he...doesn't seem terribly broken up out about it, does he?

Found this...
