Everything I've read says he's still under contract. He's just no longer interim head coach, which means he reverts to his previous title. That's why they didn't have to ask us for permission because technically this would be a promotion.

There's no evidence Fitterer wants to control Reich's staff. They're both actually known to be very easy going guys who work well with others.
